NOT FOR THERAPEUTIC OR MEDICAL APPLICATIONS.

By purchasing from GEARLABS, you certify and agree that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional

  • You are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only

  • You are at least 21 years of age

  • You understand these products are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency for human consumption

  • You will not misuse these products or use them in any way that violates local, state, or federal laws

GEARLABS assumes no liability for misuse of our products. Any unauthorized use is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from GEARLABS, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Product Information & Disclaimers

Product Descriptions:
We strive to ensure all product information, including descriptions, purity claims, and specifications, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA):
GEARLABS provides Certificates of Analysis upon request for all products. These documents verify the purity and identity of each batch. It is your responsibility to request and review CoAs before use.

Purity Claims:
While we test every batch for purity (typically ≥99%), actual purity may vary slightly between batches. CoAs reflect the specific purity of your batch.

Not Medical Advice:
GEARLABS does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. Our staff cannot recommend dosing, cycles, or protocols. Any information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.

5. Ordering & Acceptance

Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected misuse of products

  • Inability to verify payment information

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Shipping restrictions in your area

  • Stock unavailability

Pricing:
All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Payment:
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

  • Orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation

  • Tracking information is provided via email

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance and fees

GEARLABS is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages seized by customs

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Packages confirmed delivered but stolen

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations:

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately. Most orders can be cancelled if they haven’t entered fulfillment

  • After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Returns:
Due to the nature of research products and chain-of-custody requirements:

  • Opened products: Absolutely no returns or refunds

  • Unopened products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping

  • Damaged products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. Age Restriction & Verification

GEARLABS products are intended for adults engaged in legitimate research. By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to verify age and research status through:

  • Government ID verification

  • Professional credentials or institutional affiliation

  • Third-party age verification services

Failure to provide verification upon request may result in order cancellation.

  • Your violation of any law or regulation
