All products are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no identifying marks or branding. Your privacy is our priority.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Canada: Select provinces (additional customs processing times may apply)

  • International: Limited countries – check at checkout for availability

Note: Some countries have strict regulations regarding research compounds. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that products can be legally imported into their country. GEARLABS is not responsible for packages seized by customs.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be processed on Monday.


Discreet Packaging

We take your privacy seriously. All shipments feature:

  • Plain cardboard boxes or padded envelopes

  • No mention of GEARLABS or “research compounds” on the outside

  • Discreet return label (generic name or PO box)

  • Individual vials securely wrapped to prevent breakage

What to expect: Your package will appear as a standard delivery from a generic sender. No one will know the contents except you.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. Shipping Confirmation Email: With tracking number and carrier information

  2. SMS Text Update: If you provided a mobile number at checkout

You can track your order at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your email

  • Logging into your GEARLABS account and viewing order history

  • Contacting us at sales@gearlabs.online with your order number


Shipping Restrictions

By law, we cannot ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes (some exceptions for USPS, but UPS/FedEx require physical addresses)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (contact us for special arrangements)

  • States or countries where specific compounds are prohibited

Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damage before opening

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@gearlabs.online

  3. Include your order number and photos

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.

Stolen Packages:
GEARLABS is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered but stolen from your location. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered incorrect information:

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately at support@gearlabs.com and we will update your address

  • After shipping: Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it. You may need to work with the carrier directly

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges to reship.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs Clearance: Packages may be subject to inspection and delays by your country’s customs agency

  • Import Duties/Taxes: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country

  • Seized Packages: If your package is seized by customs, GEARLABS is not responsible for refunds or replacements. However, we will provide any documentation needed for your records

  • Wrong Address: International orders returned due to incorrect addresses cannot be reshipped free of charge

Pro Tip: Check your country’s regulations before ordering. Some compounds may be restricted or prohibited, but we can still ship to them.


Shipping Confirmation & Communication

You will receive email updates at every stage:

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order

  2. Processing Confirmation: When your order enters the fulfillment queue

  3. Shipping Confirmation: With tracking number and carrier details

  4. Delivery Confirmation: When your package is marked delivered

Holiday & Weather Delays

During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.) and severe weather events, carriers may experience delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times during these periods. We recommend ordering early to account for potential delays.
